These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Flying Coffee website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. About Us

Flying Coffee sells coffee and related products to consumers and trade customers.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.


3. Products & Availability

  • Products are subject to availability

  • Descriptions and images are for guidance

  • We may limit or discontinue products


4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • VAT included unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is taken at checkout

  • We do not store card details


5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance

  • A contract is formed when your order is dispatched

  • We may cancel or refuse orders


6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates

  • Delays outside our control are not our responsibility

  • Risk passes on delivery


7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee:

  • Opened products cannot be returned

  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Coffee Subscriptions

We offer coffee subscriptions so you can enjoy the great taste of Flying Coffee delivered regularly to your door.

8.1 Subscription Pricing

The cost of your subscription depends on the coffee selected, bag size, grind type, and delivery frequency. Your subscription price will be clearly shown when you place your order and can also be viewed at any time within your account.

8.2 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage most parts of your subscription through your account, including:

  • Delivery frequency
  • Delivery address
  • Billing address
  • Payment details

If you would like to change your coffee selection or subscription product, you may need to cancel your current subscription and create a new one.

8.3 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled by you or by us.

Your subscription will continue until you choose to pause or cancel it.

To avoid being charged for your next subscription cycle, we recommend making any cancellation requests at least 7 days before your next billing date.

8.4 Pausing or Cancelling

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account
  • Contacting us directly at 📧 [insert contact email]

Please note that orders already processed or dispatched cannot be refunded.

8.5 Changes to Subscription Fees

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time.

Where subscription fees increase, we will provide reasonable notice in advance. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

8.6 General Terms

All other terms relating to orders placed through our website, including delivery, returns, and refunds, also apply to subscription orders.


9. Wholesale Accounts

  • Trade pricing is subject to approval

  • Payment terms may vary

  • Accounts may be suspended for non-payment


10. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by Flying Coffee and may not be used without permission.


11. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Liability is limited to the value of your order

  • Legal rights are not affected

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
