Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Flying Coffee, we offer flexible purchase options including one-time purchases and recurring coffee subscriptions. This policy explains how cancellations work for subscription orders.

Subscription Orders

When you choose a subscription, your coffee will be delivered automatically based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically unless cancelled by you or by us.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings
  • Contacting us directly at 📧 Sales@flyingcoffee.co.uk

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, we recommend cancelling at least 7 days before your next billing date.

If your renewal payment has already been processed, that order may still be fulfilled and cannot usually be refunded.

Pausing Your Subscription

You may also pause your subscription at any time through your account. This allows you to skip upcoming deliveries without fully cancelling your plan.

Changing Your Subscription

You can update most subscription details at any time, including:

  • Delivery frequency
  • Delivery address
  • Billing address
  • Payment details

If you would like to change your coffee selection, bag type, or subscription product, you may need to cancel your current subscription and start a new subscription.

Subscription Price Changes

We may occasionally update subscription pricing.

If this happens, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect. If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the updated price, you may cancel before your next billing cycle.

One-Time Purchases

Standard one-time purchases are not part of our subscription service and are covered under our separate Refunds & Returns Policy.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
