Refunds and returns

Damaged / Incorrect Order

If for any reason your order arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact us within 30 days to arrange to return the goods and pending receipt of your order we will issue you with a full refund.

Unwanted Order

If you have changed your mind and no longer want the goods please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Please note once you have contacted us the responsibility to return the goods will be the purchases, as too will any and all charges incurred to return the goods. On receipt of the goods your refund will be processed , on the condition the goods are unopened and in perfect condition.
